Shipping policy

Delivery

Insured delivery is included to most UK, European and US addresses. Some remote destinations and unusually large or specialist works may require an additional delivery quotation. If this applies, we will contact you before dispatch.

Every work is carefully checked and professionally packed before leaving us. We will contact you after purchase to confirm the delivery arrangements and estimated timescale. Tracking information will be provided whenever available.

Local collection or delivery may also be arranged by appointment.

International orders

International customers are responsible for any local taxes, customs charges or import duties applied by the destination country. These charges are not included in the purchase price and are outside our control.

Receiving your artwork

Please inspect the packaging and artwork as soon as it arrives. If you notice any damage, retain all packaging and contact us promptly at studio@framedandfermented.com with photographs of the packaging and the work.

We will arrange an appropriate remedy for anything that arrives damaged, faulty or materially different from its description.

Wine and non-alcoholic pairings

Any paired drinks purchased through one of our independent partners are supplied and fulfilled separately and are subject to that partner’s delivery and returns policy.
